First baby appointment

On January 25th I had my first baby appointment. I was shocked I didn’t have nearly as many questions as I thought I would. Mostly do’s and don’ts of food and exercise. I got an exam, joy! Lol. I was also scheduled for my first ultrasound for next Wednesday, February 8th. They gave me the book “What To Expect When You’re Expecting” and said to go by it for my foods and exercise.
My baby is currently about the size of a prune, so tiny!
