We went to my parents’ house for breakfast, then hit the road to head back home. We stopped at Chick-Fil-A for lunch along the way, then finished the rest of the drive. My knee was sore for the last hour but mostly better than it had been on Saturday.
Dave picked Casey up around 4:30, then I got ready for work.
The shift went ok, but I had to spend more time sitting than I would have liked. I guess that’s what my reasonable accommodations are for, though. We still got everything done, even got everything from the truck put away. I think, in the future, I’ll be taking 5 days off instead of 3 after my injections. That way I don’t feel like I’m a burden at work.
