Every time I get a notification… So, it depends on how many I get during waking hours. Once upon waking, then on days I work it’s every 2 hours until I get off… Then as they arrive until bedtime… Plus, one additional time each day to clear out spam and certain labels, and one additional time per week to go through my paid emails… (inboxdollars, sendearnings, mypoints, and snapdollars)
